How long does it take for my item to ship?
All orders will ship within 3 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays)
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I only ship to the UK, but I will update the shop and make an any announcements over on our Instagram and Facebook if/when that changes.
Who do you ship your parcels with?
Parcels are sent via Evri with tracking. I can also do Inpost if you prefer, please leave me a message with your order.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely. If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty then you are welcome to retun it. To do so you must contact me within 3 days of you receiving the order or returns will not be accepted.
The cost of postage is at the customers expense, and once the item is safely returned I will refund you for the product less the original shipping fee.
As these items are handmade I do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind unless the item is faulty or damaged.
