Will the item I receive be like the photo?
I make each piece by hand, therefore there may be minor differences in detail, but essentially your item will look just like the one pictured.
The crown/item I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?
I only list an item as in stock when it is ready and available to post - this means that you will receive it quicker, but I do understand it can be frustrating if you wanted a particular design and it isn't available at the moment. If this happens, then feel free to pop me a message via the contact form and I'll let you know when it will be available again.
Do you accept custom orders?
Sorry, I do not accept custom or made to order crowns. All crowns that are in the shop are currently in stock, and I will update the store when they become available again.
Do you loan items or collaborate with photoshoots?
Sometimes, but it varies depending on if I need photographs or the style of shoot will suit. If I do provide an item/s for a shoot then my terms are that I would need two direct headshots showcasing the product that I am free to use in my marketing (Credits will always be added)
What payment methods do you use?
Our website uses Stripe, which is a secure way to pay with your card and allows payment in steps with Clearpay too.
When are you open?
I am open for contact Monday - Friday 12 - 6.
